By downloading, installing, or using Alimoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Alimoo is a mobile application that provides informational content about baby food introduction, including food details, nutritional information, allergen data, and age-appropriate serving suggestions. The app also allows you to log and track your baby's food journey locally on your device.

Alimoo is free to download and use. We also offer an optional auto-renewable subscription, Alimoo Premium, which unlocks additional features. Subscription lengths and prices are displayed in the app before you buy.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings at any time after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

On Android, subscriptions purchased through Google Play are charged to your Google Play account and renew automatically under the same conditions. You can manage or cancel them in your Google Play subscription settings.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

The content provided in Alimoo is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult with a qualified pediatrician or healthcare provider before introducing new foods to your baby, especially regarding allergens and foods that may pose choking risks.

Alimoo is not a substitute for professional medical guidance. If your baby experiences an allergic reaction or any adverse health event, seek immediate medical attention.

Alimoo is intended for use by adults (parents and caregivers) who are at least 18 years of age. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

All content in Alimoo — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, icons, design elements, and software — is the property of Alimoo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the app without prior written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense any content from the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services

We may update the app and these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Alimoo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the app at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alimoo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Alimoo is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content in the app.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
